Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options for US orders:

  • Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)
  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day, where available)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.

International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

Estimated delivery for international orders is 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing times.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.

Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
