At Seasonal Styles, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email address] with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please reach out to us to arrange an exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
